Ohio –-(Ammoland.com)- Restaurant Carry: Last Tuesday Representatives Danny Bubp and Terry Johnson provided excellent sponsor testimony before the Ohio House State Government & Elections Committee.

In our effort to bring Statehouse politics to your desktop we recorded that nearly 32 minute hearing and put it on YouTube.

If you’ve never seen a hearing in Columbus before you can watch two members of the Ohio House provide the initial introduction of a bill before a committee above.

* Note, due to horrible acoustics in some House committee rooms the audio in this hearing has some echo to it and is best heard with headphones.

YOU CAN SPEAK TUESDAY:
On Tuesday February 15th at 1:30pm in the afternoon this same committee will be allowing proponents like you and me to address them and tell them why we think this bill should be passed into law. Can you make it?

If so, arrive up to thirty minutes early and be prepared to speak in favor of either the restaurant carry or handling in a motor vehicle sections of HB45. Representatives from Ohioans For Concealed Carry will be on hand to tell our elected officials why we support this bill – but you need to be there too if you can make it! Why?

Because next week our opponents will likely be there trying to KILL THIS BILL. Police officer representatives, union leadership, and many others pretending to speak on behalf of everyone in their profession will be there to say that “guns in bars” are bad — but we need to hammer home the truths.

Can you be there?

About:
Ohioans for Concealed Carry, founded in 1999, is a grassroots political activist organization. When founded, the primary goal of OFCC was getting concealed carry passed into law in Ohio. With that accomplished, our mission became to refine the concealed carry law and to expand and preserve the rights of all gun owners in Ohio. Visit: Ohioccw.org
