ACCOKEEK, MD –-(Ammoland.com)- When the Montefeltro was first introduced, it smashed the notion that an autoloader had to be clunky or clubby feeling. The Montefeltro was designed with graceful lines, style and fluidity.

Up until now those graceful lines have always featured a beautifully figured walnut stock. Now that same grace and style is offered with a slim, synthetic stock that is impervious to the weather and takes rugged handling as easily as it digests a steady diet of three-inch magnum loads.

Because of the lack of linkages and gas cylinders, Benelli’s ultra-reliable Inertia Driven system allows for a fore-end that’s as slim as any over & under’s.

Benelli’s intertia system also features a rotating bolt head that allows for a steel-to-steel lockup with a barrel extension for vault-like security and lightening-quick functioning. Combine all that with a lightweight anodized aluminum receiver and the weight balances where it should—right between the hands. This is an autoloading shotgun that’s equally at home in the field as it is on target ranges.

“Long before I worked for Benelli, the first semi-auto shotgun that I bought was a Montefeltro, one of my favorite guns to this day,” said Stephen McKelvain, Benelli USA’s VP of Marketing. “Now that it’s available with a synthetic stock, I may just have to buy another Montefeltro.”
