Rock Island, IL –-( This weekend, Rock Island Auction Company is simply buzzing with activity. Our Preview Day has drawn hundreds of people all ready to visit what some are calling “the museum you can touch.”

Not only collectors, but industry specialists, writers, bloggers, and of course the Sportsman Channels hottest new program NRA’s Guns & Gold! There’s quite a buzz around the Preview Hall!

We will begin at 9:00 AM CST

As our tours are being shown the building, people will have their first chance to see our newly redecorated Auction Hall. It’s a great way to show off the quality of firearms that we sell each and every auction. If you’re a collector or even a firearms enthusiast, this is “interior decorating” at its finest.

People are having a great time and we haven’t even started our 2nd Annual Bar-B-Que yet! When the food is served and the band starts playing this day will have reached its perfect end, and while the day may have ended the auction has only just begun. We have over 2,700 lots of firearms to sell in three days and the selection available is simply outstanding. Be sure to get your bids in on some of these highly desirable collectables!

We start tomorrow at 9:00 AM CST, but as long as we can process your bid before an item hits the auctioneer’s block there is still time. Feel free to bid online all weekend long or just give us a call at 1-800-238-8022. Don’t by shy! Find out why buying from RIAC is one of the easiest, most exciting ways to buy a firearm.

We hope you’re having as much fun this weekend as we are! Good luck to all our bidders.

Warm regards,
Rock Island Auction Company

Rock Island Auction Company has been solely owned and operated by Patrick Hogan. This company was conceived on the idea that both the sellers and buyers should be completely informed and provided a professional venue for a true auction. After working with two other auction companies, Mr. Hogan began Rock Island Auction in 1993. Rock Island Auction Company has grown to be one of the top firearms auction houses in the nation. Under Mr. Hogan’s guidance the company has experienced growth each and every year; and he is the first to say it is his staff’s hard work and determination that have yielded such results. Visit:
