These things are great(have a few pistol sizes so far). Get the breech cleaning size for sure – last 10x longer than Qtips and the left over bamboo shafts have a 1000 uses. These are truly sized to the caliber you buy them for.
I think they would be great for shot guns but I would miss cutting patches in front of the TV for all other calibers.
