U.S.A. -(AmmoLand.com)- Last week, Denver Mayor Michael Hancock signed a bill banning custom-made firearms, referred to as “ghost guns.”  As amended, the measure will go into effect on October 1st, 2022.

Last year, Governor Polis signed SB21-256 into law, giving cities and local governments in Colorado the authority to establish their own gun regulations that are more stringent than state law.  Using this authority, the Denver city council has now criminalized custom gun makers and their customers by passing a bill banning “ghost guns.” Repealing the state preemption law gave the anti-gun-controlled city council the opportunity to push their encroachment on the Second Amendment, instead of tackling the real issue of crime.

Thank you to our NRA members who continued to contact their City Council and Mayor Michael Hancock to oppose the “ghost gun” bill.  Stay-tuned to NRA-ILA Alerts for more information and updates on Second Amendment issues in the Centennial State.

This is one of several reasons why I will never again go to Denver ! Other reasons are, crime is spiking all over the city, you can’t find affordable parking and they are a sanctuary city for illegal aliens !! The only exception is DIA where there are a lot of police around !

Seems there should be a court challenge to states permitting local ordinances violating the constitution and a hefty fine for doing so.

Public safety won’t be improved since criminals steal factory made guns from police, military, truck and rail..

But public safety is not the goal of gun control. In the 1800s the goal was racial power control. After 1918 the goal became socialist/ communist power.

Shouting crime is their key because nobody wants more crime. Schools have been geared to encourage crime in minority areas to encourage crime.

A political Perfect Storm

The voters better remove this tumor

LOL. NRA & NSSF are barely more pro-gun than ATF, which NSSF calls its “partner”.
