Released Biden Search Warrants Still Leave Major Questions Unanswered

“Four search warrants obtained in the course of the years-long investigation of first son Hunter Biden were made public Monday in response to a federal judge’s order,” the New York Post reports. “The warrants shed new light on the feds’ legal basis for seizing Hunter Biden’s electronic devices, as well as the evidence used to build the two criminal cases against him.”

Three of the warrants deal with tax issues, Biden’s Apple iCloud account, and a hard drive, his iPad, iPhones, and laptop. The fourth warrant, as The Denver Gazette notes is “vague,” and resulted in “No evidence seized,”  was “used to collect electronic evidence in connection with the gun case.”

That’s the one this column has been following since November 1, 2020, and while others had already reported on Biden’s sister-in-law-turned-lover Hallie throwing his gun away in a market trash bin, AmmoLand first made the connection that in order to legally buy a gun, he would have had to deny being an unlawful user of controlled substances on the ATF Form 4473 Firearm Transaction Record, where making false statements is a felony.

Even with federal prosecutors revealing cocaine residue was found in the pouch where Biden stored his gun, he may yet have a chance at beating gun charges. If his claim that the Supreme Court’s Bruen decision makes such prohibitions unconstitutional is upheld, the anti-gun president’s son may emerge as an unlikely and unintended “champion” of the Second Amendment by upending the Democrat agenda against private guns.

In any case, the new revelations from the unsealed warrants once more show that while the government and the media are following parts of the story, AmmoLand is again creating a unique path that can produce revelations no one else is looking for.

Once ATF and DOJ can no longer claim “ongoing litigation” as an excuse to avoid providing documentation, a new Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request can be filed to go after information that has thus far been withheld, that is for “[C]opies of law enforcement and administrative reports, communications, correspondence, and work papers, including with internal State of Delaware DOJ, the Delaware State Police, any local law enforcement, and all relevant federal agencies. This includes any case handling instructions from overseeing administrative authorities and/or agencies.”

That could be key because ATF and police reports, in particular, can document who was present throughout the investigation into Biden’s discarded gun. That, in turn, will clear up an outstanding conflict. Some reports claim the Secret Service took part in the investigation at the shop that sold Biden his handgun, despite this correspondent receiving an affidavit from them denying having records of involvement. Since lying on an affidavit is a felony, that leaves open several questions: Were the reports, which have never been retracted, wrong? If not, for the affidavit to be truthful, were there agents working “off the books”? Were the reported “agents” truthful about who they represented, and if not, who were those guys?

Another is the “diversion agreement” offered by prosecutors and rejected by the judge that would have allowed Biden to “consent to a permanent entry in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).” A complaint filed by this correspondent seeks to determine how the Justice Department presumes to have the statutory authority to essentially invent a new class of “prohibited person” not statutorily authorized.

Speaking of diversion, his attempts at shifting blame and gaslighting know no bounds:

Hunter Biden Blames ‘Republican Extremists’ For Gun Prosecution By Biden Justice Department

Look what we made him do.

Below are copies of the warrants the prosecution and the media have been chasing. We’ll continue on our own path, see where that leads, and see who else will deign to notice if it turns out to be someplace interesting.

WOW! This picture of the BIG MAN’S son, shows the son giving Americans the MIDDLE FINGER. JUST as the INVADING CRIMINALS from South-of-the-Border give Americans the middle finger after being put back onto the streets of America by “soros communistic politicians” that REFUSE to HONOR their OATH-OF-OFFICE.

Coelacanth

The fortunate son of a draft-dodging politician can get away with anything. Just look.
