Constitutional Concealed Carry Coming Soon To Wisconsin

Constitutional Carry has the inside track to pass in Wisconsin **
Wisconsin --(Ammoland.com)- Constitutional Carry continues to pick up steam in Wisconsin.
There is senior leadership in both the Wisconsin Senate and Assembly who are advocating, and will be introducing legislation to repeal 941.23 and 167.31 (and clean up some of the other laws that infringe on the right to carry in Wisconsin) to bring true right to carry; “Constitutional Carry”, to law-abiding citizens of Wisconsin.
No permit taxes, no government registration, no expensive government training mandates.
Based on the information I have, I genuinely believe that “Constitutional Carry” has the inside track to pass in Wisconsin this spring.
Its critical to get in contact with your legislators to ask them to support “Constitutional Carry”. We need as many legislators as possible to sign onto this legislation.
This link will take you to a “Constitutional Carry Legislative Initiative Flyer” It is 2 pages, but is intended to be printed on 1 page (front and back)

Wisconsin Carry Legislative Initiative Constitutional Carry
I urge you to PRINT out this document and MAIL it to your State Senator and Assemblyperson.
Emails are quickly discarded, but mailing this document assures you that along with others who will mail this document, it WILL end up in your legislators office on a desk and it will be read.
Call your legislators. Ask them what their position is on concealed carry. DO NOT try to debate with them if they do not express support for Constitutional Carry. They are politicians and its very unlikely you’ll change their mind trying to debate them with one phone call. Rather listen to their position, POLITELY share with them your views and ask that they would consider supporting it as well. Then mail this document to them.
Your phone call along with hundreds of others WILL have an effect on some legislators.
Pass this document along to your friends and family who support the right to carry in Wisconsin.
Lastly, if you haven’t already, visit: www.wisconsinccw.org this site is a joint effort between Wisconsin Carry, Inc and the United States Concealed Carry Association. The commercial on that page is currently running on the radio in the Milwaukee market. We hope to draw enough funds to run that commercial across the state.
That page has an online petition as well as an action plan to contact your legislators. (make sure to read the 3-step action plan on the lower left side of that web page.
Carry On!

I stay away from Wisconsin and Illinois because of their anti-Constitutional laws. Here in Michigan we have had shall-issue for a decade with no problems and numerous violent criminals put down for good. Need I say more?
We successfully passed thru Illinois last year. Successful= did not set foot on IL soil. No stops and no money spent.
I do the say with Wisconsin. WI is easier as it is only about 90 miles across and then Minnesota.I would like to spend some time in WI this summer-GO WISCONSIN..constitutional carry.
I am a Michigander. I received my CPL as soon as possible after Michigan passed the ‘shall issue’ law. My prime driver for obtaining my CPL was the outlandish claims about the death and blood in the streets that the anti-2A/anti-freedom types predicted if shall issue laws were to pass. None of these claims ever materialized as we all know now. A law-abiding citizen is just that – law abiding. Therefore, gun laws only impact those of us (the majority) who are law-abiding citizens. It has been said – ‘tell me what law the criminals will obey, and we will all vote to pass that law’. I think even the most anti-gun people get the point – gun laws do nothing to prevent crime. They only prevent law-abiding citizens the right that is granted directly from God and granted in the U. S. Constitution – the right to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and our country. I hope the people of the great state of Winconsin will soon have their state recognize the right of its citizens to protect themselves. Guns can be very dangerous if handled inproperly – but so can gasoline. The difference is that we all know how to handle gasoline properly because we have lots of experience with gasoline. A firearm never hurt anyone. A gun crime always involves an individual who consciencely uses it in an illegal mannor. In other words, a gun is just a tool. It is the person who determines if it is dangerous or not. I hope the good people of Wisconsin will soon have the right to protect themselves as our founding fathers intended. I will not visit or spend any of my money in a store, business, or state that does not support my God-given right to bear arms. I hope Wisconsin does the right thing and passes the Constitutional Carry Law (and I look forward to the day that Michigan follows suit). Go Wisconsin! I hope to visit soon.
Gun laws are actually pretty good in WI, aside from concealed carry. No permits, no registration, no wait on long guns, two days on handguns, no magazine limits, open carry, no stupid hollow-point laws, no going to prison for having an unloaded gun in your trunk while moving, etc.
A lot of people don’t realize that WI basically already has constitutional open carry, except when in a car. You could probably have a rocket launcher there as long as you open carry it.
