These are very cute, but as far as I know knife isn’t the best option for gift.
@JG, Is what you say a conclusion for all situations? Wouldn’t you want to know more about each gifting situation before determining what is a “best option” for us. That sounds like a lot of work. Hey, I know, how about you let each of us decide what is the “best option” for our life circumstances.

A BROAD Axe is a woodworking tool designed to flatten the side of a log during the process of turning it into a timber. It is sharpened on one side only. If you give a person a knife as a gift make sure they give you a penny for it or it will cut your friendship in half. My dad always made me give him a penny when he gave me a knife and now I have done the same thing with my son or anyone else. And I have given plenty of pennies out for knifes I have received. Some old Scot Irish superstition that has been passed down and I figure what the hell keep it going.
