The NFM Elite Gas Bolt Carrier Group is fluted front to back which provides weight reduction as well as proper disbursement of debris in order to prevent jamming. The entire bolt carrier group (BCG) is super-finished to reduce any machining marks and then either a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating is applied that drastically improves friction. Common properties found with DLC and PVD coatings include increased lubricity, wear resistance, lower operating temperatures, smoother recoil, faster cyclic rates, less carbon fouling and easier cleanup.

This is in my opinion the best bolt carrier group on the market today! I had the chance to shoot one of their rifles in a competition and they run smooth as butter. The best thing is the bcg takes no time to clean! I literally took the bolt apart and with one swipe with a rag the carbon came right off. The super finish on these look amazing. They are definitely a head turner. Hands down this bcg will out run anything out there. I will definitely be replacing all the bcgs in my rifles to the NF Elites!
I have yet to shoot anything smoother than Newtown Firearms BCG. It’s a no brainer, if you want top of the line products go this route. Very knowledgeable folks too.
