Washington DC – -( Target allows men to use the same restrooms as ten-year-old girls and has made it clear that it would prefer law-abiding citizens to enter its stores unarmed.

On April 20, Breitbart News reported that Target released a statement in which they equated opening girls’ restrooms to men as part of “equality.”

The statement said, “Inclusivity is a core belief at Target. It’s something we celebrate. We stand for equality and equity, and strive to make our guests and team members feel accepted, respected and welcomed in our stores and workplaces every day.”

This means that mothers who take their ten-year-old daughters shopping after school will need to remember that Target’s policy allows a man to use a stall in the same bathroom as that little girl. It means the eight-year-old girl washing her hands in the bathroom sink may do so while seeing a 50-year-old man in the mirror, undoing his pants to use the stall she just used.

On top of this, remember that Target has asked law-abiding gun owners to enter its stores unarmed.

On July 2, 2014, Target interim CEO John Mulligan posted the following announcement for law-abiding citizens:

As you’ve likely seen in the media, there’s been a debate about whether guests in communities that permit “open carry” should be allowed to bring firearms into Target stores. Our approach has always been to follow local laws, and of course, we will continue to do so. But starting today we will respectfully request that guests not bring firearms to Target–even in communities where it is permitted by law.

The next day, Target PR group manager Molly Snyder explained that Mulligan’s announcement was a request and not an outright prohibition. In other words, Target wants you to be unarmed, but is not demanding it. This is the same Molly Snyder who explained that Target’s new policy of allowing men into girls’ restrooms is really just a public confirmation of a longstanding policy. Snyder said, “It’s just us being very overt in stating it,” according to the Star Tribune.

    1. Lmao. There is no god. There never was. People who are too stupid to grasp this should be the last people allowed to prance around with little itsy bitsy guns in their pockets.

Well done Target, and if a load of stupid people decide to boycott your stores, all the better. The rest of your customers will be safer for it. Stupid people and guns are not a good combination.

    2. If Target’s latest move of opening their bathrooms to whomever feels frisky that day offends you (it does me) go to and sign the petition to boycott Target.

    3. Single stall bathrooms all around – just like most service stations. If a line forms at the door, tough. Now everyone can use a gender neutral facility without offending anyone. If it costs retailers, local governments, schools and other establishments extra money – tough.

All the knotheads that think double chromosomes makes a difference should be laying on the head dr.’s couch. Prove it!

I totally agree that if you follow my daughter into the woman’s restroom you may not need to go again.

The bible says in several areas, both old testament and new, that this is not the way God intended us to live.

    5. Do you folks allow all your male friends to show
themselves to your young children at home ?
If not why in public ?

      1. A Woman’s bathroom is just a bunch of toilets with stall doors and sinks. Its not some Marine barracks toilet with no doors. Its highly unlikely people will be flashing each other in the bathroom. If your the kinda creep trying to take a peek at some dudes junk at the urinal you should quit doing it. I would also call security on you. Now I get parents are protective and want to protect. The same rules that you give a kid to not talk to strangers and run away from creeps hasn’t changed. If your daughter goes into the bathroom and screams I expect you will run in to help. That is an sane reaction. Trying to be the bathroom boarder guard is going to end poorly.

    6. Another example of a few select entitled people having rights over the rest of the populace because the people in charge don’t want to hurt peoples pathetic feelings.I am with Dave, if someone follows my daughter or wife into the restroom or if they are already in it before they are I guarantee more than their pussy ass feelings will be hurt. And if I get arrested it will be a good day for it.

    7. If you are a man and follow my daughter into a bathroom…I just hope you are ready for a good ass-whipping and…have been prepped for surgery.

    8. What about the sickos you have running around this country that will cross dress just to get in a ladies restroom? That’s all they are looking for is another loophole to get to little kids.

      1. There is zero evidence of that happening. Trans people don’t want to create problems they just want people to treat them as human beings deserve to be treated.

        1. jamie, are you one of those Hillary supporters that get paid to go to blogs and push liberal agenda? There is lots of evidence of that happening. Adults kidnap children, use the children for sex toys, and then kill the children every day. Trans people (and their doctors) are doing what they shouldn’t be doing in the first place, and they know that they are causing problems so they must intend it, in the second place.

        2. jamie …. you have so missed the point. Can you please expand your mind to embrace the current argument? We are not talking about trans-anything … we are talking about those who use such policies to their advantage and nefarious purposes …. get with the conversation!

    9. Ok, I just don’t get what all the bullsh*t around the bathroom issue. If you have ever actually meet someone that identifies as transgender you would not see a problem with them using a bathroom they feel comfortable in. Maybe you should think about it, its similar to concealed carry. If you wear the right holster or secure your pistol in a handbag nobody but you should know your carrying. Transgender is basically the same, under the clothing someone may be “packing” or they may not, doesn’t really matter. If someone breaks the law it doesn’t matter what gender they identify with, they are still going to be held accountable. Most people I bet won’t even be aware they are sharing a bathroom with a transgender individual. Theses threats of some imaginary 50-year-old man harassing women in the bathroom is just that, imaginary.

      1. Blah, blah, blah, blah, ,blah.
Once again we hear from a sheeple, who would rather go along to get along than do what is morally right.
Homo sex is perverted sex, and transgender freaks are mentally ill! The scripture refers to it as sin, but than those who would condone the life style, or sympathies with those who practice such have no concept of sin.

        1. You must be part sheeple.
“He shall set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.” (Matthew 25:33)
I’m just an atheist. I stopped having imaginary friends when I was about six.

          1. Yes, I am a sheep, and the Lord is my Shepherd, and I am thankful.
So, when you die it will be just another dead body all dressed up, and no where to go.
You don’t believe, but he believes in you. Hopefully you will see the light before it’s too late.

            1. Yazz, I have to complement you on living a safe and secure life. Everyone that I know that has faced hot, dusty, imminent death has embraced God, and come to have a long, deep, and personal relationship with God. So, your comments are quite telling, and you should know that we will pray for you.

        2. What about people who were born intersex or with both sets of chromosomes? how do you know they weren’t really meant to be another sex? What about people who were born one sex but something was wrong and their gender was re-assigned at birth. These people are being who they should be. God made them that way and there is nothing morally wrong about that. Judge them not lest you be judged.

          1. If God intended them to be the other sex, then they would be the other sex. As for judge not… our policy is to love the sinner, but hate their sins, and in all of your hypotheticals, that is what we do, jamie.
Finally, judge not lest you by judged is not going to get you out of being judged when you death occurs.

      2. I have to hand it to you, Yazz, you pack more lying BS into a smaller space that any other commentator that I haver read.

        1. The anti-gun folks don’t trust conceal carry owners in so called gun free zones. We have read and heard that over and over. You know, the gun is going to jump out and kill everyone. We both agree that is not how shootings happen. A majority of anti-gun folk have an irrational fear of guns. I’ve seen it called hoplophobia (which is not a recognized medical phobia btw). A lot of people have an irrational fear of muslims, jews, satanist, democrats, mormons, hispanics, whites, blacks, greens, gay, lesbian, transgender, and on and on the list goes. Fear is basic survival mechanism, fear helps to keep us safe from danger. Real or imaginary danger. Just for fun go lookup Xenophobia on Wikipedia.

“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” Frank Herbert, Dune
