False Arrests Of Virginia CHP (Concealed Handgun Permit) Holders?

Cuffed Hands
If You Have Been **Falsely** Arrested For An Invalid Or Expired Chp, Or Know Someone Who Has, Vcdl Needs The Details!

Virginia – -(Ammoland.com)- The Virginia State Police are way, way behind on entering CHP holder information into the Virginia Criminal Information Network (VCIN).

What that means is that if you are stopped by law enforcement, who for some reason doesn’t trust the validity of your CHP, and the officer queries VCIN, he might be told incorrectly that your permit doesn’t exist (if new) or has expired!

Supposedly the VCIN system puts up a message warning officer’s that it’s data is not to be blindly trusted, but I’m hearing some officers are doing so anyway and there have been arrests. If the VCIN information isn’t 100% accurate, why are the State Police even providing it? That’s a recipe for disaster.

If You Have Been **Falsely** Arrested For An Invalid Or Expired CHP, Or Know Someone Who Has, Virginia Citizens Defense League Needs The Details!

We need to get to the bottom of this situation. Like I said, publishing incorrect information on VCIN is worse than not publishing any information at all.

Please spread this message on any chat groups where Virginia gun owners are likely to see it.

What good is the Constitution if we don’t enforce it upon LE, Legislators and other gov. officials. When do we finally say enough, get rid of your slave making laws and follow it. Show them we mean it by using force and removing them.

Once you are arrested you are enrolled into the Federal Plantation. The arrest NEVER goes away. Exoneration, not guilty means nothing. You are screwed forever. Try applying for a job. Try convincing your employer your case was dismissed. You are chained to the Electronic Plantation. Just like VD it never goes away.

My permit has an expiration date on it. Doesn’t that count for anything?

arrest is new thing, Va law clearly stated that it’s only a $25 fine upon providing a valid CHP even if LE messed up on their end and it has always been just an appearance ticket in my county, in fact it kind of happened to dad last month but the officer just told him his CHP was expired, until dad handed it to him, the county officer accepted actual printed card date as valid

***the officer queries VCIN, he might be told incorrectly that your permit doesn’t exist (if new) or has expired***

One has to wonder if this is not a deliberate strategy by the current governor of Virginia to deliberately harass those citizens who legally carry under state law…

BINGO
An arrest for not having a NJ permit, or having a forgery or having an expired permit gives the officers a “probable causes” to search [ inventory ] your car and maybe get a warrant to search your house.
The POLICE STATE and cooperating media will report your address and the arrest.
When you’re bailed out that will be reported.
When the charges are all dropped your name won’t be cleared, The school will harass your kids with locker and bag searches. They might even be expelled if they complain.

don’t waste time wondering…… the current “governor” is a dirtbag, yet the PEOPLE of that crazy state elected him. Somehow……
