On Monday, President Trump once again delivered on his promise of nominating constitutionally sound Supreme Court justices. You should be proud of your successful defense and protection of the future of our Second Amendment freedoms.
During his tenure on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Judge Brett Kavanaugh wrote a strong dissenting opinion in opposition to Washington, D.C.’s ban on commonly owned semi-automatic firearms and registration requirement by applying a historical test consistent with Justice Antonin Scalia’s majority opinion in the Heller decision.
The narrow 5-4 majority that recognized a fundamental, individual right to self-defense in the landmark Heller and McDonald decisions will be secured with Kavanaugh’s confirmation. The NRA’s six million members and tens of millions of supporters who voted for President Trump have ensured that the framers’ vision of constitutional freedom will have a strong voice on the court for decades to come.

Supreme court refuses to hear gun issues and will continue to do so. They will just keep kicking it down to lower liberal courts.
Pessimist much? I disagree with you. They were playing their cards right until they could guarantee a positive outcome. They have that now with Kavanaugh.

Alright, Mr. (half hearted) La Pierre, but don’t think that we aren’t going after the repeal of the unconstitutional Gun Control Act and the unconstitutional National Firearms Act, that the NRA should have protected us against in the first place.

It would only reach the Supreme Court if it were a law and someone were challenging that it was not being obeyed or something to that extent. The biggest hurdle to National Reciprocity is in the Senate.

National reciprocity is a legislative issue. It has NOTHING to do with the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court doesn’t make law. It interprets and upholds the law. (even if said law is bad)
