Good luck! I ordered these plated from Botach Tactical about a year ago. They threw the plates in a box with no padding and shipped them. When they arrived, there were multiple cuts and gouges on both plates. I tried to contact Botach for two weeks unsuccessfully. Then, I filed a dispute with my bank. The next day, I was contacted by Botach offering a refund. I accepted but, I had to contact them two more times to get a pre-paid shipping label to send their ruined plates back.
