White House To Gun Ban Groups – We Are Working On It
By Larry Keane
NEWTOWN, Conn --(Ammoland.com)- The Washington Post has reported that President Obama recently discussed his administration’s intentions concerning gun control with Jim and Sarah Brady, founders of the anti-gun group the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
According to the story, Sarah Brady said the president volunteered: “I just want you to know that we are working on it (gun control). We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”
What exactly does “under the radar” mean?
Well, Mrs. Brady also told the Washington Post that she and her husband had absolute confidence that the president was “committed to regulation.” It would seem to me that this would also include “executive orders.”

Steve Croley - White House Gun Policy Adviser
Identifying and opposing gun control via regulations and executive orders is more difficult than fighting legislation. This strategy is a clear reflection of the House and Senate having pro-gun, pro-sportsmen and pro-industry majorities.
Mostly, however, this demonstrates that the concerns held by law-abiding gun owners toward the intentions of the Obama Administration may be well-founded. And, of course, restricting the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans is a concern for our industry as well.

Under the radar? Well it doesn’t mean :in broad daylight, does it? Obama is a Marxist and they never do the frontal assault deal until they have overwhelming power on their side. Until then, “under the radar” will be their operational mode. Read that ,’sneaky, dirty, rotten and underhanded’.
Look at what has happened to our country in the last 43 years. We went from a country where we could buy guns through the mail, Children could safely play and walk the streets, most people didn’t even lock their doors.
Today we lock our doors, lock-up our children and jump through hoops to buy a gun.
We got to this point from concessions, compromise, apathy and supporting what seemed to be reasonable gun control. Our nation is in debt and coming to an end as we know it.
I would rather live with the threat of terrorism and the estranged gunman than have anymore of my rights/liberty taken away.
We need the NRA to stop compromising and start working on REPEAL of gun control
