Mountain Khakis – Remington Arm’s Newest Company
Madison, NC –-(AmmoLand.com)- Remington Arms Company, Inc. (“Remington”), a member of the Freedom Group of Companies, announced today that it has formed a new venture with the outdoor clothing company, Mountain Khakis, LLC. The new company will be known as Mountain Khakis and is 75% owned by Remington. The transaction closed on May 28, 2010.
Mountain Khakis, located in Charlotte, NC, with its design center in Jackson Hole, WY, is a leading designer and marketer of men’s pants in the specialty outdoor apparel segment.
Mountain Khakis will continue day-to-day operations at their Charlotte, North Carolina-based location under the guidance Ross Saldarini, President.
