Long Island Second Amendment Rights Group To Hold Clean Up
Clean up Ronkonkoma Avenue on Saturday, March 26th, 2011.
Ronkonkoma, NY –-(Ammoland.com)- Long Island Firearms, New York’s foremost online firearms enthusiast community, in conjunction with Club LIF, has joined once again with the Town of Brookhaven New York to host another Cleanup of Ronkonkoma Avenue.
This event is the third since LIF joined Brookhaven’s Adopt-A-Highway Program April of 2010.
“We got off to a torrential start at out first cleanup” LIF’s Administrator Steve joked. “We had much better weather at our second cleanup in October. Regardless, foul weather never gets in the way of LIF’ers and their community service!” Steve related the story of discovering used hypodermic needles near Raynor Park during both cleanups.
“I’m glad we’re making a difference out there, Ronkonkoma Avenue not only looks better, but is much safer. Every member of LIF is very proud of that!”
