2 More States Qualify For NICS Exemption For Concealed Handgun Licenses
West Virginia –-(Ammoland.com)- Recently, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives added the states of Nevada and Washington to the list of states whose concealed handgun license holders do not have to go through redundant background checks for acquiring a firearm from a FFL.
Including the additions of Kansas and Nebraska earlier this year, the ranks of qualifying states have grown by 25% this year alone.
