Never received mine either, called the number on the form, and the 1st lady looked it up and said that they had all of my documentation and I was good to go. Called back about a month or two later was rudely told if they looked it up before he wasn’t doing it again. 1-2 months later, same guy, same attitude, same response! I bought my .40 in the qualifying time frame as well. ..mailed the rebate off and it’s now October — I never received my 3 — 15 round magazines. Kinda bummed, one of the reasons I bought the pistol.
Another update on this for anyone wondering about theirs, I just got a shipping notice from fedex for them on 9-17-15 with the order date of 5-1-15
FWIW, I was reading the S&W forum, and some people waited for 5 months or so before they got them the last time they did the mag rebate, so I suppose we just have to have patience.
I still have not received mine either. I called and they forwarded me to a voice mail.
I bought a 9mm m&p on 4/11, & sent the rebate in a week or so later. It is 9/7 now, & still no word or mags. I just sent them a notice, with a copy of the rebate form, so hopefully they will make it right, & not just stiff people & play dumb.
Purchased 4/ 29, applied for rebate 5/1, its now 8/30 and no mags have shown up. The terms say could be up to 10 weeks. That is going on past 12.
I have not given up yet, but its starting to look like I may have got stiffed. I hope they don’t do like so many companies do with rebates, find any way they can to deny fulfilling or simply ignore them altogether.

I bought a m&p 9c on 3\28\2015. Being a 3 S&W 9mm owner (dedicated), I would like to have my purchase qualify me for the free magazines. Because i purchased it 6 hours before the 29th, could you see your way clear to allow me to have them. I will still buy only S&W if you don’t. Thanks for the best firearms in the world!
