Oklahoma – -(Ammoland.com)- Two very important pro-gun measures are scheduled to be heard in the House Public Safety Committee today (2/4/2016).
HB2859, authored by Rep. Sean Roberts, protects the Fourth Amendment rights of Oklahomans from being violated by Game Wardens. Game Wardens often justify entering private property without a warrant by claiming to have heard gunshots coming from the property. The bill simply states that a gun shot does not constitute probable cause to enter private property without a warrant.
HB2834, authored by Rep. Echols, corrects a serious problem in our state’s gun laws. Currently, if a person draws their firearm in a self-defense situation but does not fire the weapon, they have committed a felony. This bill would repeal that ridiculous restriction.

So the game wardens ears are so well trained it can tell the difference from a propane cannon , or backfire of a long truck exhaust. Sounds like some nosey pricks.
