Berryville, AR USA –  -(Ammoland.com)- Introducing a rare opportunity to own one of the Ozark’s most unique properties!

The riverfront retreat, built by original owner Bill Wilson of Wilson Combat, sits on 33 prime acres in the Ozark mountains of Northwest Arkansas. In this home you find the same quality, custom design and attention to detail that in firearms has made Bill Wilson an industry elite. This sportsman’s paradise appeals to hunters, gun enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys nature and the outdoors.

A tour provided by the current owners reveals a stunning view from the deck overlooking the King’s River. A deep pool near the bend in the river forms a great fishing and swimming hole. In the winter it is a favorite spot for bald eagles to land, searching for fish in its clear depths. The free-flowing King’s River offers excellent floating, canoeing and kayaking, in addition to hiking or picnicking along the shady, tree-lined banks.
