Kansas City, KS-(Ammoland.com)- CZ-USA launches two new versions of the popular CZ Scorpion, the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine Magpul Edition.

The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine Magpul Edition comes complete with numerous Magpul upgrades, including the Magpul MOE-EVO Grip with an enhanced grip angle and Magpul’s proprietary texture on contact surfaces.

The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine Magpul Edition also comes standard with Magpul’s PMAG 35 EV9, a lightweight, 35-round, 9x19mm CZ Scorpion EVO 3-compatible magazine. The PMAG 35 EV9 provides optimal round stack geometry, providing a pistol-caliber magazine with Magpul reliability and increased magazine capacity. It features an easy to disassemble design for cleaning and a high-visibility follower, too.

The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine w/Faux Suppressor Magpul Edition is a whole new animal. Building on the lauded submachine gun platform that first hit the US civilian market in pistol form in 2015, the Carbine has a 16.5″ barrel fitted with either a compensating muzzle brake or a faux suppressor built specifically for CZ-USA by SilencerCo.

Fit with the Magpul ZHUKOV-S stock, the Carbine features a number of US-made parts to make it fully 922(r) compliant. One of the nicest features of the firearm is the carbine-length forend, which is covered in M-LOK attachment points to keep the profile slim. Yet, the forend is still large enough to handle most pistol-caliber suppressors.

This version of the CZ Scorpion Carbine is equipped with the Magpul MBUS sights and a top Picatinny rail allows the mounting of a wide array of optics.

Yes 9mm is way cheaper so, yes we are just fine with the 9 now. With the right 9mm ammo it is very very effective!!

It would definitely be really nice if it came in more caliber variations like..40 cal and .45ACP Also could be a little more affordable for more people I think it would be a real success story then. Just my opinion like most things everybody has one.

Hey CZ, how about before you introduce new Scorpion models you actually start getting the EVO3 S2 Micro into stores? I’ve been trying to buy one for 2 years but haven’t been able to get my hands on one!

William

You just haven’t had good luck, other people have gotten ahold of them just fine. It isn’t CZ’s fault that people are buying them quickly.

There are a couple at my local gun store and seem to be available online.

Dash

Make a 40 cal cz for peets sake !!!!!

Front Desk

Why?

UofUDavid

No financial reason for CZ to make 40 cal as there is little reason for it to be bought. Could possibly see an argument for a few other calibers when the rate of the 9mm model sales begin to slow.
