Hillary Clinton and the Second Amendment

United States -(AmmoLand.com)- Hillary Clinton’s attack on gun rights has nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment; it is all about money.

For the 2015/16 Election cycle as of October of last year, the Trial Lawyers and other lawyers have donated to Hillary Clinton over $7,000,000.

Bernie Sander got only $230,223. So why the discrepancy? Sanders supported and still supports the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, known and the (PLCAA).

So what is the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act and why should you care?

The PLCAA says that firearms dealers and manufacturers must be treated like any other consumer product. Before this bill being passed in 2005 anti-gun politicians were doing what they called “Legislation by Litigation” The NY Attorney General Eliot Spitzer said gun manufacturers would find bankruptcy “…knocking at their door.” The fact is without the NRA gun banners would have had their way and blocked this new law.

So anti-gunners’ always say they want guns to be treated like cars. Let’s treat cars like guns after Hillary repeals PLCAA.

• You get into a fender bender on the 405 in rush hour traffic. The dealership you bought the car from 5 years ago and the manufacturer are held fiscally responsible.
• Someone steals your car and goes on a joyride, crashes into a light post. You, the dealer you bought the car from and the manufacturer are held fiscally responsible.

Just in case you’re wondering the repeal of PLCAA was part of her speech last week in New Hampshire.

Now apply this new set of rules to guns and gun owners.

Every criminal shooting, every accidental death, wounding or suicide will result in a lawsuit filed against the previous owner, the gun dealer and the manufacturer.

Trial lawyers will pursue any and every gun owner, dealer and manufacture ANYTIME their product or a gun they owned is used in an unsafe manner. No matter if they knew the shooter or their intent. ANYONE who ever touched that gun in now a target for the lawyers.

This is the new reality IF Hillary wins. A reality that only you and your support of gun rights groups can stop.

The anti-gunners don’t give a damn about people’s lives. Chicago is a cesspool, Baltimore a slaughterhouse. They repeal Catch-and-Frisk KNOWING 100+ more people will die. Then they blame you and me and other legal gun owners for the added loss of life and want to banish our rights. All they care about is money and power, and they are going to throw gun owners to the trial lawyers in exchange for campaign contributions.

Why with the Clintons is it ALWAYS about greed and corruption?
