CONROE, Texas -( Texas Armament & Technology (TxAT) and Aguila Ammunition are proud to announce Brownells has joined the inaugural Aguila Cup as the event's “Triple Threat High All-Around” Award Sponsor.

The sponsored category is named for the shooter who has the highest score based on (100) targets in the Five-Stand event, (100) points in Rimfire, (100) points in 3-Gun. The winner will receive a one-of-a-kind trophy as well as a prize pack valued at $5000 on behalf of Brownells.

“Brownells is proud to be a sponsor for the first Aguila Cup held in the United States,” said Brownells CEO, Pete Brownell. “It's a big deal. Not many events combine sporting clays, rimfire and 3-Gun all into one action-packed shooting tournament.”

“Having a company like Brownells become such an integral part of our Aguila Cup is humbling and exciting at the same time,” states Kristi Drawe, Director of Marketing for TxAT/Aguila Ammunition. “It's only fitting to have some of the best U.S.-based companies team up for what will be the best, U.S.-based multi-discipline shooting event. We are thrilled with the support we are getting from our industry partners.”

The multidiscipline Aguila Cup will take place at Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds in Decatur, TX from June 14th – 17th, 2018. Shooting categories will include Sporting Clays, Five Stand, FITASC, 3-Gun, and Rimfire.
