Colorado – -(AmmoLand.com)- Why do the same politicians who claim to support women’s rights want to take away a woman’s right to defend herself with a firearm?
Saturday, January 19th, 10am, is the nationwide WomXn’s March (the X is apparently to be MORE inclusive, which we assume means even us too!). Well, gun rights ARE women’s rights – and we’re going to join the Denver march to let them know just that! Anyone is welcome to join us under our banner…we’re non-partisan – and not sexist!
Please note: It is illegal to open carry in Denver, and this is not an open carry event. Signs, banners and flags are encouraged! Keep your signs directly related to gun rights. Those who want to restrict gun rights DO NOT SPEAK FOR US and we’ll be there to let them know!
We will be meeting in the park just west of Denver Capitol building. You will spot the main organizers by their bright teal beanies with AR-15s on them, along with pins that say “GUN RIGHTS ARE WOMEN’S RIGHTS”. From there, depending on the size of the crowd, we will move across to the street to march in the event as a group with our message being prominently displayed with signs and banners. We will have extra hats and pins!

Please do bring:
– Enthusiasm
– Signs, lots of signs! Focus on the Second Amendment and how many gun control laws leave women as victims.
– American, historical, and patriotic flags
– Banners and signs supporting gun rights and the 2nd Amendment.
Please do not bring:
– Confederate, Anarchy, Trump, or other political propaganda flags. (nothing against our President)
– Off topic signs or banners, or anything advocating or attacking a particular political party or ideology beyond the Second Amendment
This is a single focus/issue event with participants from various political parties and with differing ideological beliefs. Please be respectful and courteous of your fellow Second Amendment supporters.

Not everything is about girls. The 2nd amendment is technically going for boys can use firearms not girls can use firearms. So I’m a girl and there is not a lot of freedoms for us since boys get everything. Like someone in Saudi Arabia got torchured just for wanting to drive. I hope our country will NEVER be like that but who knows this world is getting really rotton these days. Plus I hope I die before someone killed me physically.
Not everything is about women. A LOT of thing are about boys. Some things about boys girls can’t do so some things can be about women.

The organizer has a point there because progressives are so concerned with women’s rights including birth control paid and abortions paid then they should be concerned with women being able to defend themselves. Progressives wouldn’t understand if you tried to explain it to them.

But even that is restrictive…. in the english tongue, the term “man” and “men” can, and very often does, include “woman” and “women”. You missed the part where the pro 2nd Amendment is crashing an event scheduled by others. The leftist organizers of thean event named it. You are blasting the 2A group with misdirected fire. You can make up for it by purchasing one of their t-shirts or making a contribution using the links in the main article.

2nd Amendment rights are HUMAN rights. Not men’s rights (though it could be argued more so than women’s rights), not women’s rights, but human rights. Why do women ALWAYS make everything about themselves? The gender-centric solipsism women always demonstrate is just gross.
You make a good ‘intellectual’ argument, with which rational patriots cannot disagree. However, in this case, organizers of the Blue Beanie effort are proposing participation in a “WomXn’s March” so the terms of this event are already set by the initial organizer and the permitting authority. Of course, I’m sure the right-thinking, tolerant, progressive “WomXn’s March” organizers and Denver City authorities would welcome your “human rights” signs as much as BLM organizers welcome “All Lives Matter” signs.
