Ladies and gentlemen, the ripple in the water near the beach is belying the tsunami that is coming! The massive giant, that is Virginia’s gun owners, is awake and not in a good mood.

Nottoway County Just Become a 2A Sanctuary!!

The rollercoaster has crested the top of the hill and now it is starting to move downward with increasing speed!

Congratulations Nottoway gun owners!

Reported in the Courier-Record newspaper tonight:

5-0 vote tonight by Nottoway Board, declaring the County a Second Amendment Sanctuary.

Second Amendment Sanctuary Locality Info Needed

Philip has been receiving lots of info on various localities holding meetings to discuss becoming a Second Amendment Sanctuary locality.  As you can imagine, we are swamped with all the info & questions people are providing & asking.

It would really help speed up our process of disseminating this info via VA-ALERT if you can provide the following information on any Second Amendment Sanctuary locality meeting in the following format:

If there is a meeting scheduled to discuss a Sanctuary locality resolution, we need the following info about the meeting:

Date
Time
Location (including street address, city, and ZIP Code)
Any restrictions on carry, ie, the meeting is in a courthouse or school.

In addition, we need the following info for each Supervisor (or Councilman/Councilwoman):

Name
District
Email
Phone

Please provide this info in text format and in the form shown above and email it to president@vcdl.org.  That will make it so much easier to cut & paste the info into a VA-ALERT message so that we can share it with our members & supporters.

Again, thanks for all your support and we are never ever going to give up.  Like the Terminator, we will not ever give up.  We will always continue to Defend Your Right to Defend Yourself.

To bad all these sanctuary counties did not have a majority to oust this Governor. They even lost the legislature to gun control activists. I suspect these resolutions are more symbolic than carrying the force of law necessary to override and quash the waive of anti gun legislation about ready to come down the pike from their State capital. Remember Kansas, and its so called 2nd Amendment sanctuary laws, ask the guy who built a suppressor or the guy who bought it, how that “sanctuary“ worked out for them? I applaud the efforts of all who resist by whatever legal… Read more »

Quotation: “If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so.” – loosely attributed to Thomas Jefferson’s writing in the Declaration of Independence. Thomas Jefferson, THE VIRGINIAN. Rise up Virginia and show the way for the Nation once again!!!

Vern

Is Virginia going to be the first state to use its new law enforcement element, “criminals and gang members,” to enforce its new wave of anti-American” gun laws? IF, the current law enforcement members are true Americans, they won’t enforce anti-American laws.
The criminal element will be all the left has to depend on. Birds of a feather….

I love BBQs – great idea – set up BBQ stands within legal distance from each election precinct – once one gets their “I voted” sticker, some pulled pork or smoked ham awaits their taste buds.

A mobile Beer Garden & BBQ stand would drive the anti gunners nuts!

Superman

You may chose to ignore a law but ‘nullification by proclamation’ is a joke. Kind of like claiming a county can ignore any law it chooses. The state will obtain its pound of flesh one way or another. Save the efforts for legal battles in the courtroom.

Andy @The Liberty Coalition

The joke is the controllers think they somehow have prerogative or authority to legislate away our God Given constitutionally declared rights!

Baldwin

But…they’re not joking.

Heed the Call-up

Superman, just like states and cities declare Marijuana legal and illegal alien sanctuaries? You can’t have it both ways, even if you take that way.
