I own a different model of Tristar, and can say that the gun is well built and customer service is first rate. I bought my gun new at auction, and noticed the choke and choke wrench were not with it as they were supposed to be. I dropped a note to CS asking where I could get one. TriStar guns are made in Turkey. Turkey is a rogue state, Islamist country. No matter how well their guns are made, no money of mine will go to support Erdogan and the Muslims.

I just purchased (yesterday) a Tristar O/U 16 gauge and have to say that the quality is excellent. Turkey had been producing firearms for a long time, some good and some bad, but lately, especially with Beretta/Benelli buying Stoeger and their Turkey factory, good quality Turkish firearms seem to be the norm.
