U.S.A. -(AmmoLand.com)- The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services reports as of April 30, 2022, Florida now has over 2.5 million permit holders. This number has steadily risen every year and is more than double the number reported in 2012. This comes on the heals of Governor Ron DeSantis announcing last week that he plans to sign Constitutional Carry legislation into law while he is governor. NRA-ILA staunchly supports this effort and has been the leader in the constitutional carry movement across the country.

Twenty-five states now have permitless or  “Constitutional Carry” in the United States.  Four states, including bordering states Georgia and Alabama, enacted laws this year. Officially, half of the country now recognizes the right of law-abiding adults to carry a concealed firearm without first having to obtain government permission and pay a tax. This ensures that citizens have the right to self-defense without government red tape or delays.

Your NRA-ILA will continue to update members and supporters on this and other Second Amendment issues in the Sunshine State. Please stay tuned to www.NRAILA.org and your email inbox for further updates.

gun in the holster beats two cops in the corner dinner at stopping carjacking

This speaks volumes on how the residents really feel in Florida

musicman44mag

Only one more state to go and then we will have 26 constitutional carry states and according to obummer then half of the United States would have it since he thinks there are 52 states.

TGP389

He thought there were 57 states, so, we need 29.

BS. If NRA staunchly supported FL Con Carry it’d be law TODAY:

NRA wouldn’t endorse RINOs who blocked it; it’d help Sabatini, not smear & sabotage him; there’d be contact info here to lobby holdouts for spcl session.

I found that statement quite amusing myself. They act as if they started it. NRA-ILA staunchly supports this effort and has been the leader in the constitutional carry movement across the country. Been the leader. LMAO

Ope

The NRA doing what they do best taking credit for things they had nothing to do with. They claim to be the leader in the CC movement ? Do they think people actually buy any of that BS ?

Russn8r

They know most folks aren’t buying it, since fundraising is in the toilet. But they have to work the chumps. It’s all they have left.
