To be fair covid started within Trump’s term. Ammo prices have historically been volatile – and demand went through the roof while supply chains dried up. So cannot include last year of Trumps term. Vaccine came out and pandemic was moderating by time Biden took office – so what’s his excuse for persistent high prices? The graph indicates the run on guns, ammo and anything firearms related began prior to POTUS election 2016. Click on a caliber and run the date back. Prices remained high as people emptied the shelves. IMOA, prices are dropping now but it wouldn’t take much to re-start the run on everything gun related.
