Stephen D. Stamboulieh is a native of Houston, Texas. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002 in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in Chancery, Circuit and the Federal courts in Mississippi. His practice has focused on insurance law, firearms law, criminal defense and healthcare law.
Stephen is a recurring guest on the Kim Wade Show and the JT Show where he discusses both Federal and State firearms laws. He also consults with attorneys and plaintiffs from around the country regarding firearms litigation and potential litigation and the effect of legislation on the Second Amendment. Stephen has also been involved with the National Rifle Association (NRA) on various firearms related matters and consults with them on legislation regularly.
