Since the police carry open or concealed , can obtain and use common large capacity mags , full auto , short barrel rifles ,50bmg firearms , suppressors and ordinary citizens can not they are in violation of their own California Constitution Article 1 sec 7 states (b) A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges
or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens.
So all California firearm laws are basically Unconstitutional.
