Lapua scores again! Responding to the requests of our customers, Lapua is pleased to present the new and improved Naturalis lead-free hunting bullet.
United States -(AmmoLand.com)- We’ve taken our time-proven Naturalis design, and refined it to the next level. We’ve enhanced their long range performance by streamlining the newer designs for better aerodynamics, and by extending the velocities over which the bullets will reliably expand.
The mushrooming of the bullet starts immediately on impact. The expansion process is started by a polymer valve at the tip of the bullet, leading the bullet to expand symmetrically and without fragmentation.
In the redesigned versions, Lapua has successfully lowered the velocity threshold for consistent expansion by roughly 100 fps, meaning more reliable performance at greater ranges than ever before. And all this with the typical weight retention of nearly 100% of the bullet’s unfired weight. This gives you longer hunting ranges, less meat loss, and best of all, confidence in your bullet’s performance. Lapua. When your success is on the line, you want the best!
