PEORIA, Ariz.-(Ammoland.com)- Apex Tactical Specialties, the leading manufacturer of aftermarket drop-in firearms parts, announced the upcoming release of two new triggers for the Sig Sauer P320 series of pistols.

Apex’s new Flat Advanced Trigger and Curved Advanced Trigger reduce trigger pull weight by 2 lbs. and will have a suggested retail price of $49.95 when released later this month.

Both the new Flat Advanced Trigger and Curved Advanced Trigger are direct replacements for the factory trigger and are easily installed without the need for tools or fixtures.

Similar in design to Apex’s original Flat-Faced Action Enhancement Trigger, the new flat design sits slightly back compared to its predecessor. The flat profile puts the shooter’s finger at a natural resting position and allows the shooter to take advantage of the increased leverage. The curved design mimics the factory contour for those that prefer a curved profile but want an improved trigger pull.

The triggers function in the 9mm, .357SIG, .40S&W and .45ACP caliber versions of the new Sig Sauer P320.

The new Apex Flat Advanced Trigger will begin shipping on Tuesday, March 28. The Curved Advanced Trigger will begin shipping later in April. The MSRP for each is $49.95. Dealers and distributors can pre-order the new triggers by contacting Apex at [email protected] or calling (623) 322-0200.

Just installed the Apex Advanced flat in my 320 Compact. Really nice – reduced pull from 6-6.5 to 4.5 – 5 pounds very crisp. Perfect for a carry.

There’s a lot of play in the P320, so when it comes to Apex vs Grayguns…. you get what you pay for. Bruce’s team always goes above and beyond. Can’t say the same when I’ve dealt with Apex.

I’ll stick to my GGI trigger.

Rich

I have the GGI flat trigger in my 320 and it took it from just under 8 lbs and dropped 3 lbs off it to just about 5 lbs I can live with that as a carry gun.

how much did it cost

It figures; as soon as I put the standard Apex in my P320 they come out w/ this one.

Interesting new trigger for the p320. DW

What else comes with the trigger? Or has it been just redesigned, Other than you offer 2 choices now, Flat-Faced, and Curved design.

A two pound trigger for concealed carry, not a good idea. I have looked at You Tube videos where they are praising four pound triggers. When the day comes when you have to produce your firearm, the stress of the moment may have you putting more rounds in every direction, I do hope that none of those bullets strike anyone or anything, because you will pay for it with a law suit. I carry Sig Sauer P-250, double action only. I was in one incident where I had to put my M1911A1 .45 pistol while on duty as an military… Read more »

No dummy…It reduces it 2 lbs. Example….Stock trigger about 7 lbs…..New apex trigger about 5 lbs.

Sounds like the Apex trigger does almost the same thing as the Grayguns trigger at half the price. I will need to read a side-by-side review.

Depending on what package you get grayguns reduces the trigger down to four and a half pounds. There’s a competition package that produces the trigger down to three and a half pounds.

Scott

Yeah, at a cost of $300 + shipping. Sooo yeah, I’ll take Apex for $50 Pat.

There’s clearly a distintion in the process that grayguns does versus you just dropping in an Apex trigger. Grayguns polishes all the internals and replaces stock trigger with the Legion Trigger. The stock trigger pull weight is 7lbs. Apex drops two lbs giving you a 5 lb trigger. Grayguns puts you at 4lbs or a range of 3 1/2-2 1/2 if you select the correct package.
