Oklahoma: Constitutional Carry Legislation Goes to the Governor’s Desk

Fairfax, VA – -(Ammoland.com)- This week, the Oklahoma Senate concurred on constitutional carry legislation, Senate Bill 1212.  This important self-defense legislation will now head to the desk of Governor Mary Fallin where it will await her signature.

Please contact Governor Fallin and strongly urge her to sign Senate Bill 1212 into law.

Senate Bill 1212, as amended, would recognize the rights of law-abiding Oklahoma residents to carry a firearm for self-defense without having to first obtain a government mandated license to do so.  For more information about Senate Bill 1212, click here.

The 2A IS your permit. Because of the Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution, any legislation that infringes on you keeping and bearing arms is inherently moot and illegal in itself from day one. However, and I must stress this, is that the force of the traitors running the government, can make your life a living hell if they catch you breaking their illegal laws. @ICR, I agree with you in theory, but every level of government is ignoring the constitution and have the trigger pullers to back up their dictates. We can not fire them, so we are not the boss. There is no limit on how many times they can be in power. Police departments and arrmed federal agencies are a good ideas, whose time has gone. Term limits and the peoples right to recall legislators, judges, and bureaucrats is a bad idea, whose time is here. I hope Oklahoma will sign into law constitutional carry. With all the illegal immigration coming to America we need it. Next we need constitutional carry nationwide. Keep American lives safe.

We so want Constitutional Carry in Pennsylvania. — If the RED TIDE can elect Paul Mango ( the only True 2 A governor candidate ) we will again have that chance. This would free up police resources / save millions of dollars.
