Pillager, MN – -(AmmoLand.com)- Magnum Research, Inc, maker of the world renowned Desert Eagle pistol and leader in innovative firearms design and manufacturing, is proud to offer the new 429 DE Mark XIX pistol and accessories.

Magnum Research is offering the 429 DE Mark XIX pistol, along with barrels and ammunition, for a full product lineup in the recently introduced 429 DE cartridge. The 429 DE pistol has a stainless steel slide, a stainless steel frame with Picatinny bottom rail, and a 6″ stainless steel barrel with integral muzzle brake and black appointments. The pistol ships with a .50AE 7-round magazine and has an MSRP of $2,143. The 429 DE pistol (DE429SRMB) is now shipping and available for order.

The 429 DE Mark XIX spare barrels with Picatinny style accessory rails are available in a variety of finishes. The barrels are 6″ and are compatible with any MK19 USA or Israel Desert Eagle Pistol with a wide .830” rail on top of the barrel and uses a 50AE magazine and bolt. Barrels will be available in the following options: carbon steel with Black finish, MSRP $425 (BAR4296); carbon steel with Burnt Bronze Cerakote™, MSRP $482 (BAR4296BB); carbon steel with Brushed Chrome finish, MSRP $529 (BAR4296BC); carbon steel with Polished Chrome finish, MSRP $529 (BAR4296PC); stainless steel with integral muzzle brake, MSRP $482 (BAR4296SRMB).

To round out the 429 DE product lineup, Magnum Research is offering 429 DE ammunition designed to enhance the famous and powerful Desert Eagle platform. The 429 DE rounds are available in boxes of twenty and can be purchased in the following options: 240 grain soft point (DEP429DE240JSP) MSRP of $42, and 210 grain hollow point (DEP429DE210JHP) MSRP of $42. Magnum Research, Inc is the sole supplier of the 429 DE ammunition at this time.

Based on the famous 50 AE cartridge, the 429 DE is made with Starline brass, loaded by HSM in Montana with Sierra bullets and distributed by Magnum Research, Inc. This cartridge has a 25% velocity increase and 45% energy increase over a 44 Mag (240 — 6″ barrel). It has a velocity of 1600 FPS with 240 grain bullets and 1750 FPS with 210 grain bullets. The 429 DE features 30 degree shoulder headspaces and a neck long enough to properly hold and crimp a 240 grain bullet without set back under recoil.

    When will the .429 starline reloading brass be available? I’m going to purchase my fourth deagle in that caliber and I don’t want to pay $42 for 20 rounds.
