If someone were to install on a pistol build without a tax stamp/SBR,they would be letting themselves in for trouble of the federal kind.

You may care to edit that statement and change [pistol build] to Short Barreled Rifle Build,unless something has changed I’m unaware of just a thought.


Adding this to an AR pistol or pistol build turns it into a SBR. It is not considered a brace under current ATF definition.
