They’re exploiting the uninformed or those for whom RKBA is of secondary interest, new gun owners, aka GunCulture 2.0, the Fudds, & Democrats with guns.

With the FBI involved, there is an option available for getting this resolved through our representatives.

Aside from that and all the technical performance problems that will arise when adding inhibitors with the sole purpose of delaying or preventing a mechanism from functioning on demand, there are legal concerns.

The government knew the people had a right to machine guns. The issue here is one of taxing a right as a prior restraint on exercising it.

Legislatures will then be able to pass whatever anti-gun edicts they want while confirming judges, especially to the Supreme Court, who will uphold those edicts and reverse gains (like Bruen) made to date.

By drawing its data from biased human sources, “artificial intelligence” can be used to help crush freedom.

There’s something that seems uniquely un-American about setting up a “snitch line” with monetary rewards.

There’s no reason to trust any politician who thinks the voters shouldn’t be informed of what a nominee’s understandings and principles are.

The term “firearm” shows up 132 times in the report. The “recommendations” are things that have been tried over and over again for years in civilian life – and never worked.

It’s fair to wonder if Discover’s risk management department has considered what the company’s liability would be should one of their “Suspicious Activity Reports” be the catalyst for a similar series of unfortunate events.
