WYOMING – -(Ammoland.com)- A couple of weeks ago I did a pretty extensive interview about the Firearms Freedom Act movement with Wyoming Public Radio. WPR’s Molly Messick produced a 6-minute story for WPR, which is accessible here.

“(wpr) As of this month, five states have passed a measure that uses gun rights as a way of repudiating federal authority.

It’s called the Firearms Freedom Act, and it says that firearms made, bought and held within a particular state are not subject to federal regulation. Governor Dave Freudenthal signed Wyoming’s version of the bill this month. I encouraged Molly to pitch the story to National Public Radio, which she did. According to best available information, a revised version (4 minutes) of this story will air on NPR on Monday. I don’t know when.

Stay tuned ….
