SMYRNA, Ga. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Team GLOCK continued their championship season with Dave Sevigny winning the day and night Production Division Championships at the USPSA California Tri-Tip event held on June 26 – 27, in San Luis Obispo, Calif.

Formerly known as the West Coast Dual Championship, this annual pistol tournament features production, revolver and single-stack division competitions. Sevigny won the main event with a GLOCK 34 in 9×19, outpacing the second place Master class competitor by 247 points.

The night match was also won by Sevigny, who used a GTL21 GLOCK Tactical Light and Laser mounted to the same G34 used in the main event.

Sevigny, who captured three USPSA Production championships during the month of June, said, “Obviously, June was a good month for us in practical shooting. The pistol has performed tremendously and I am confident that we’ll be ready in the fall for the next round of Production contests. During the next few months, we’ll be involved heavily in steel shooting sports.”

Team GLOCK will next compete in July at the Pro-Am Championship in Oklahoma and the Colorado Steel Challenge before heading back to California for the Steel Challenge World Championship in August.
