Michigan – -(Ammoland.com)- MOC/MCRGO/MGO/SAM are once again sponsoring a gathering at the State Capitol. People will be urged to visit their legislators to express their views on a variety of second amendment issues.
How important are your rights to you? Are they important enough to take the day off work? I know we’ve emailed you about this already, but it’s that important that I wanted to remind you to put in for the day off work and mark October 9th on your calendar now!
Tentative schedule as follows:
- 9:30 AM – March proceeds from Pennsylvania Ave and Michigan Ave towards the Capitol
- 10 AM-Noon – Meet with your State House members.
- Noon-2 PM – Meet with your State Senators.
We look forward to seeing everyone again as we promote the right to keep and bear arms with our lawmakers.
A Wednesday was chosen not because it will give the best turn out, but rather because lawmakers are actually in the building.
I hope you’ll join me and take a day off out of your busy schedule on October 9th. I’m asking as a personal favor — please come join us and show your support for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. I understand this may be an inconvenience for work — which is why I’m reminding you now to put in for the day off work immediately. Trust me, I work a day job (8:30-5:30), just like you might.
