Overland Park, KS. ––Ammoland.com)- Team Bushnell Tactical notched another win this month when Jon Lester took the top spot at the Allegheny Sniper Challenge.
Hosted in the mountains west of Seneca Rocks, W.Va., the challenging course of fire includes high angle and high wind shooting with shots that range from 200 and 1,000 yards.
One of 70 shooters who competed in the 13th annual event, Lester competed with the Bushnell Elite Tactical XRS 4.5-30x 50mm riflescope and LMSS 8-40x 60mm spotting scope.
In addition to a challenging course of fire, shooters were challenged with fog, high winds and precipitation throughout the three-day competition.
“All of the equipment performed well, but the Bushnell Elite Tactical LMSS was incredibly important throughout the event,” said Jon Lester, Team Bushnell Tactical Shooter.
“With the combination of mountainous terrain, varying distances and ever-changing wind conditions, the spotting scope is one of my most relied upon pieces of kit at this match.” added Lester.
