Pending Legislation & Changes in California Law to be Addressed.
San Diego, CA –-(Ammoland.com)- California has some of the most confusing and complicated firearms laws in the nation. And now more laws are on the way!!!
The law firm of Michel & Associates, P.C., is again partnering with Shooters-Edge, Inc. and MV Tactical & Firearms Training, Inc. to present “Gun Law for Gun Owners” at the Angeles Shooting Range in Lake View Terrace, California on November 1, 2014.
This all-day class will combine the expertise of trainer Dr. Bruce Krell (Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), firearm instructor, and court certified expert witness), attorney Joseph Silvoso (criminal defense and firearms law attorney), and trainer Brian Fitzpatrick (former police officer, training officer, and firearm instructor). The combination of these teaching talents will create a unique learning experience for attendees.
Participants will learn about current and pending state and federal firearm laws, and will receive a copy of the new edition of C.D. Michel’s book, California Gun Laws: A Guide to State and Federal Firearm Regulations, a $26.00 value. They will also be taught how they should react and behave when questioned by police, with suggestions offered from the perspective of both Mr. Silvoso, a criminal defense attorney, and Mr. Fitzpatrick, a former police officer. Lessons will include re-enactments and analysis of real life encounters with police, and a discussion of the practical applications of California’s confusing firearm laws and how these laws play out in California courts.

This is EASY…… pack up and MOVE to Arizona or Oregon … take your hard earned cash and leave cash strapped Calif., just leave ! .. and enjoy the smog free blue sky of someplace else….. then write to Bonehead Gov. Brown and tell him why you live elsewhere,…. at some point someone in Sacramento will get it…… but probably not real soon. And RDNK you got it ! … I do no business N.Y., Cal., N.J. period.
I blows me away that the good people in Kalifornia tolerate this tyranny by staying there ! They are next door to Arizona which is the best state in the country for 2A freedoms ! People need to move and/or boycott Kali. by no travel (vacations),don’t buy anything made or sold there, don’t do business or banking there, etc, etc,. Hit them in the pocket !!!
