Cool product and always nice to have additional capacity. However price is about the same as just buying a ten round promag. Buying separate 10-rounder leaves you with original 7 or 8 plus the 10, and extended portion of 10-rounder does not have a joint at point it comes out of the gun. I have yet to have any issues with promag shield magazines, though I also doubt I’ve hit a thousand rounds from them so not definitive test.
