You still have to pay the HazMat fee even if the shipping is free.
“ORMD and hazardous materials will only travel UPS or FedEx and require an additional $20.00 hazardous fee.”

I remember buying Hodgden 4831 and H414 in “cardboard” containers with the pop out lid. That was 50 years ago. I don’t remember the cost. I used them in several cartridges: 7mm Mag, 30-06, 6mm Rem, and 30/40 Krag. I still have those 30-06 dies and the 30/40 Krag dies and shellholders. Sentimental value don’t you know.
