Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) is proud to announce Ben Quinn’s appointment as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.

In this role, Mr. Quinn will be instrumental in shaping Ruger’s strategic direction, identifying and advancing growth initiatives, and driving critical business outcomes. Mr. Quinn will serve as a key advisor to the executive team and play a central role in supporting cross-functional collaboration, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning enterprise-wide objectives.

Mr. Quinn brings a wealth of experience to Ruger from high-impact roles at organizations such as United Airlines, Strategy& (PwC’s global strategy consulting business), and most recently, as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Dometic Corporation. His background includes leading business model transformations, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with senior leadership teams to design strategic roadmaps and execute key initiatives. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

An RCS RPR (only available in 6.5 Creedmore) might be an almost affordable way to get started in serious competitive shooting.
