NJ has banned millions of rifles, shotguns, handguns, hunting guns, target shooting guns, military surplus guns, & virtually ALL muzzleloaders, black powder guns, antique guns, air guns, & BB guns.
I am extremely pleased to have put an end to these unlawful forfeitures in New Jersey. The State has no basis for weapon forfeitures in permit appeal matters.
