In an outrageous betrayal of gun owners, the Wyoming Senate just voted to kill our Campus Carry legislation (HB 136) by a vote of 17-13 earlier today!
Last week both HB136 “Campus Carry” and HB137 “Repeal Gun Free Zones” made it past the Senate Judiciary committee, and must now face a full vote on the Senate floor.
With little fanfare, HB 136 and HB 137 were passed through the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday by a vote of 4 to 1!
HB 2074 seeks to repeal current Kansas law that would allow law-abiding individuals to carry a concealed firearm on college campuses for self-defense.
In a vote of 6-3, “Campus Carry” passed, and in a vote of 8-1, “Repeal Gun Free Zones” passed through committee.
